		<description>The one consistent problem with consolidation is that,  someone near the bottom always looses their job and someone at the top receives monitary rewards while doing nothing.  They (Management will will always say No Jobs Will Be Lost).  Will they pad their resumes, while they actually do nothing except. But help themselves.  

It's a pitiful  state of affaris, but none the less, true.
