		<description>They've sang the "openness" song many times before,...."conflict resolution training",...."360 degree evaluatons",...":communications  training",.....,...blah blah,...blah blah,...blah blah,....It all  did NOTHING( other than possibly exaccerbate the problems). The fact remains that EVIL deeds require DARKNESS. Don't look for any openness surrounding things postal anytime too soon!</description>
