The answer to all problems in all business now is get rid of workers, out-source and cut wages and benefits. The airlines have been doing this for years, they keep failing, except Southwest, but their time will come to be sure. I have been taking pay cuts for 19 years now, and it does not help the business, layoffs usually cut muscle, not fat.
