We sell Delivery Confirmation and Signature Confirmation, neither of which is called tracking. We are able to Track Registered mail and Express mail. That’s why the site is called Track and Confirm

The USPS is allowed to use deceptive advertising and get away with it. Their window clerks are trained to use the misleading language to lie to their customers that they are getting the same services offered by private carriers, when in fact they are not.

Most people want to know when the parcel was delivered,Period.
Delivery confirmation does that.
Explain how ups can
“reschedule” delivery at will and not pay a refund for their missed “guaranteed” delivery window?

Then why do the clerks call delivery confirmation tracking? Will you be calling your parcel post “ground” next? You may be in trademark infringement territory if they do.
