The economics of the ‘forever’ stamp

The early news storiesĀ on last week’s rate case seemed to focus on what the mainstream press saw as the most novel feature- the ‘forever’ stamp. A lot of the comments on postalnews.com did the same thing, with not especially enlightening results.
