    This is nothing “new”! The postal service is buying equipment for retail window transactions that were used by Wal-mart ten years ago. If you want up to date technology, compare USPS to Wal-mart. Matter of fact, has Wal-mart considered delivering the mail? Maybe we will see falling prices instead of rate increases.
