    PS- yes, I know they’re called “Sales and Service Associates” officially, but Tess refers to herself as a window clerk and that’s how most postal people (and customers) refer to the folks at the windows. “Sales Associate” has always struck me as one of those phony Wal-Mart style titles.

    But the USPS is not even up to date like the Wal-Mart style title people. The sales and service associates were just trained on POS equipment that was recently implemented and the program was dated 1995.
