Ken should not complain. The information about proposed rates and changes has been available for some time. Ken, try using postalnews.com once in a while. The difference is mailers care about the impact rate cases have on our businesses.

I don’t think that was Ken’s point. Wouldn’t you let your managers know what was coming so they could provide informed responses to customers questions?
