The entire PFP program is a farce to begin with. I rated my Mail Processing Supervisors as contributors in all of their goals for FY 2006 and was then instructed to reduce THEIR ratings to 'at or below' what the District had been rated. I do not rate the District and I'm sorry they couldn't carry their own weight but my supervisors deserved their ratings. NAPS has been slow to react and seems to think that following the Postal Reconsideration process is going to be a valid way to deal with liars and cheats. I have agreed to my supervisors in their protest and have put myself at risk for ( the expected and 'sure to come') retalliation.
