Reform bill passes in Congress

HR 6407, the compromise Postal Reform bill introduced by Rep. Tom Davis (R-VA) and cosponsored by John McHugh (R-NY), Danny Davis (D-IL) and Henry Waxman (D-CA), passed in the House last night on a voice vote at 10:33 PM. The bill then went on to the Senate, which passed it during a marathon session that ended around 4 AM.

    I hope Senator Collins and anyother idiot that voted to treat postal employees differently than all other postal employees by not being paid for the first days of injury, trip and fall down the capital steps carrying their fat pay checks around.

    Bad part is that unlike me they will continue to be paid for their first three lost days.
