Clinton presided over eight years of prosperity, at a time when the US was admired by most of the world, not despised. As for Carter, his biggest military fiasco, the hostage rescue attempt, cost eight lives. The right wing wackos went nuts over what an embarrassment that was. Sorry, you'll have to do better than those three- maybe Harding, Pierce, Fillmore...?
