I think ALL parcel providers should be offered! Then I AS A CONSUMER have the right to choose whom I want bringing it to my door or my address! Currently many shippers have restricted themselves to UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Which personally I think is another form of a Monopoly. If I want it fast, or two or three days, or a week, this is my call-NOT THE SHIPPERS !!!! Currently those whom RESTRICT my choices I don't do business with them-PERIOD ! I would like to choose whom delivers my products also!
