		<description>Probably not. All vending machines served by the USPS are supposed to removed from service by 2010 if not sooner.This phase out has already begun.This is partly due to the high cost of maintaining the older machines and the fact that most do not take credit/debit cards. This removal does not include the APC's which do take plastic.</description>
