		<description>Since I just went through something &quot;somewhat similar&quot; in PM not posting my payhours correctly over a period of two months, and their NOT being punished at all I&#039;m a bit intolerable of paycheck errors.
Could be an honest mistake and a minimal penalty applied.  But I&#039;m suspicious (as I felt like someone was playing games with my paycheck) and feel as though the article did not provide enough data to determine if this was a simple error of coding hours wrong or was there something else going on?</description>
