		<description>ups and fedex are not here to service the public, they were formed for the purpose of making a profit. the usps is a government agency formed to service the citizens of the USA. it is a public entity and any “profits” should not be designated for “pay for performance” bonuses and other perks of upper management. i should not be paying higher rates for postage so that Potter and his 40 thieves (VP’s) are more content with their salaries. if they wish to earn a salary comparative to the private sector, then by all means, they are free to leave their government positions. please, go “mis”manage elsewhere…</description>
