I think I will continue to pay all of my bills on line.I don't care about the 24 hour clock system or any other half witted nonsense that is pawned off on employees I don't like the changes that are taking place but I don't think that I will resign just yet.It is to much fun watching this horse's ass organization fumble around while it goes down the tubes.FMLA provides many mini vacations to break up the monotony. All's well that ends well.

Changing mail processing into a tour 2 function would delay all delivery by one day. Most collection trips do not arrive until at least 2000. Overnight first class mail would not exist. 2 day and 3 day would become 3 day and 4 day. We happen to be one of those buisnesses that need to work at night to have our product ready.

Before any of you geniouses make any suggestions, ask yourself 1st; am I a good employee? which means: do I mail all my payments or do I pay on-line or over the phone? Do I come to work as scheduled and understand the 24hr clock system that I am apart of? Do I tell all family and friends that the post office is the most econmical way to ship everything in these times of saving money?
If your not doing your part as a vested employee in this company of ours than please shut it up! Look at the bigger picture mail is declining, stop paying your bills on-line and over the phone(your part of the problem that can be fixed)! pass the word on: We are the cheapest and the best for your monies worth(revenue)! Come to work(unscheduled absences), do your job(instead of complaining for all day), live within your means(stop crying about OT). AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF YOU WORK FOR THE USPS AND YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT'S GOING ON WITH ALL THE CHANGES THAT MUST BE MADE FOR THE FUTURE OF THE USPS: PLEASE RESIGN YESTERDAY AND GO TO UPS!!

DID ANY OF YOU RESIGN YET? THOUGHT SO!

Has anyone ever looked into changing mail processing into a T-2 function 6AM-6PM or midnite at the latest and eliminate most night differential? Our customers would be more adaptable to this rather than eliminate a 6th day of delivery. It would also make for happier USPS workers, who would enjoy family time again and more natural sleep schedules.
Transportation should look into this possibility. There are planes leaving around the clock, so express and priority could be dispatched accordingly. It's worth looking into.
