There should be regional postmasters ! Every single little PO in this country does not need an overpaid person with a fake title.

Criminally corrupt bay district administrators. Cover up of one supervisor xxx, promoted to oic el cerrito post office calif. Caught in the act with a willing female employee, on the clock, in the el cerrito post office building. Both only transfered, she to another office so another administrator can get in on the booty. Escorted out of our building by the postal police at the request of one of the most professional office manager I ever had in 25 years of service (level 24 office). Our office manager was immediately transfered to another post office, postmaster friend of supervisor xxx.

Our station recently converged with 6 other stations to make a super station. I believe last count there were 74 routes housed in one station. My route, being one of 3 business routes, and not feasible to move was left along with the finance operation unmanaged. And it is working without a hitch. The carriers that remained are veteran carriers (30+years) and know our job and we're getting it done without direct supervision. I think this might be a way for the Postal Service to go! Trim Some of the fat!

Get rid of the Dakotas District - it is laughable. Also all level 20 postmasters need to look for something else or retire. They have all reached their 'level of incompentency'. That includes plant managers. I've never seen a more non-productive group in my life. I wouldn't want any of them in my foxhole!

I believe that the USPS should look at getting rid of the old time management csrs ( I am one) We that have been in management for years are weighing down the system and are over paid. If the USPS/OPM got rid of the penalty for early out, the USPS could promote younger less paid managers to run the system. I am an old time manager that follows what I am told by my superiors without question. but the state of the USPS is to kiss the butts of the poor workers with hopes of getting them to work for a fair days pay, while giving the good workers more of a work load. I have 5 employees but cover 10,000 square miles of territory, assist in projects on the workroom floor where other supervisors are not willing to get done what needs to be done. 30 years plus it is time to flush the CSRS employees out, get to one system to reduce cost. I work with customer service closely, and I am astounded by managers that only want to write employees up for there ego, talk about a moral killer. We that are still here need to work together to help the USPS survive for years to come after we are gone..

which 5 districts. even better would be to reduce districts by 50%. For example, combine the greensboro and mid-carolina districts into one district

I agree we have way to many supervisors. The supervisor to employee ratio is way to low. We have one supervisor with only 2 employees, and one with only 5.
