TAHLEQUAH — A Fort Gibson woman was charged late Monday with embezzling nearly $1,200 while employed as postmaster at the U.S. Post Office in Hulbert.

Angel M. Galvan was charged following an investigation by postal investigators. A warrant was issued for her arrest with a $5,000 bond set on the warrant by Special District Judge Sandy Crosslin.
