want to talk about the Board of Governors and the latest rate increase that passed.
How many of the current BOG members were appointed by Bush ?
What exactly is the name of the legislation (if any) that passed allowing the rate increase to go thru ?
Voted on by our legislatures, Senators or Congressmen ?
and finally Postalnewsblog is run by who exactly ?

    Thanks,
    BT

Let’s see- you can go to USPS.com and you’ll find details on the BOG- all current members were appointed by George Bush.

The rate increase was approved under Public Law 91-375, the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970.

Not sure what you mean by “Voted on by …”. Postal rates aren’t set by “legislatures, Senators or Congressmen”, but by the PRC and BOG.
